One-of-a-kind stoneware earring faces are comprised of a thin layer of clay colored with slips and/or underglazes, incised with marks, and covered with a clear glaze. Earring backs reveal the natural clay surface. Kiln fired earrings are surprisingly light and durable with proper handling.
