In a few weeks I will be one of several artists showing my pottery and paintings on the world famous Atlantic City Boardwalk. On Saturday, September 7th I will pitch my tent, set up my display and be as open for business as possible. If the weather is nice, it will be a wonderful day to stroll along the boardwalk, see some art and crafts, and take in the sea air before the summer is gone. In addition, please note that Anne Taylor Glapion Fine Art is launching its facebook page today. I hope you will "like" it.

Last night we checked out the Bayshore Discovery Project in Bivalve. There were some interesting exhibits to see about the history of oystering in Bivalve; several lectures were scheduled; and there was an art gallery, too. The gentlemen pictured below are shucking oysters which were sold for a dollar each to benefit the nonprofit organization. There was a band and food and wine. Oh my! All of the oysters got me started in a new direction. I'm still working on this one.
