Second Friday in Bivalve

Last night we checked out the Bayshore Discovery Project in Bivalve.  There were some interesting exhibits to see about the history of oystering in Bivalve; several lectures were scheduled; and there was an art gallery, too.  The gentlemen pictured below are shucking oysters which were sold for a dollar each to benefit the nonprofit organization.  There was a band and food and wine.  Oh my!

All of the oysters got me started in a new direction.  I'm still working on this one.
